- With Square, which processes card payments. Your card details go to Square and are not stored by Virginia Queer Film Festival.
- With Turtini, the platform that hosts this website and runs its ticketing, which stores and processes information on our behalf.
- When you buy a ticket through a partner organization's link, that partner can see your name, email address, phone number, the tickets you bought, and whether you checked in, so it can see the sales it made for the event.
- If you give a mobile number for your tickets, the text message is sent through the platform's messaging provider.
- Where the law requires it.
