Your organization gets its own ticket link and keeps half of every admission sold through it, plus a free table at the event.

What you receive

• A unique ticket link to share with your members, donors, and followers.
• 50% of admission sold through your link. Drinks, food, and packages are not included.
• A free table on the event floor.
• Your logo on the event page and signage, and recognition from the stage.
• A sales report and payout before December 31, 2026. Refunded tickets are deducted from your total.

What we ask of you

• Promote your link through your email list, social media, and at your own events.
• Staff your table from 7:00 PM, with setup done by 6:45 PM.
• Send your logo and a one-line description by November 13.

What that adds up to

• 25 tickets sold through your link: $187.50
• 50 tickets: $375
• 100 tickets: $750

Send one or two bartenders and a signature holiday cocktail. Bars that staff the event split a quarter of all alcohol sales equally, and your bartenders keep their tips.

What you provide

• One or two bartenders, two preferred, on site by 6:30 PM.
• A signature holiday cocktail, with a shopping list sent to VAQFF by November 20.
• Garnish for your cocktail.

What we provide

• All alcohol, bought by VAQFF from your shopping list, under VAQFF's ABC license.
• Ice and cups.
• Drink ticketing and scanning. Guests buy drinks on their QR code and your bartenders scan to pour.

What you receive

• An equal share of 25% of alcohol sales, paid after the event to each bar that staffed it.
• All tips, cash or personal Venmo, go to your bartenders.
• Your bar and cocktail named on the bar menu, the event page, and signage.

Final bar arrangements are subject to confirmation with Virginia ABC.

Reach up to 600 guests with a table on the main floor. Retailers sell downstairs in the Christmas Market, promoted as the place to get your holiday shopping done.

Table types

• Nonprofit partner, for nonprofits selling tickets through their own link: free
• Institutional, for cultural institutions, banks, and public bodies: $100
• Business, for LGBTQ+-owned and allied businesses and professional services: $30
• Maker and retail, in the Christmas Market, for artists, shops, and makers selling goods: $50

Every table includes one 6-ft table and two chairs, power on request, two vendor passes, and your name on the event page and signage.

• More room to display and sell than the main floor allows.
• Bag hold: keep a guest's purchases, tagged with their name, for pickup on the way out. Last pickups are at 11:45 PM.
• Vendors handle their own payments and sales tax.

Vendor load-in is 5:00 to 6:30 PM, with tables set by 6:45 PM. Space is limited by the venue floor plan.
